I think Better Homes and Gardens cookbooks is the number one must-have in a home. Simple basic tips on meats, soups, breads and baking is included. Not to mention is has the widest variety of collections of recipes for standard dishes.

Good point on the consulting. I guess I just didn't see how this professor would be making out from his research. It isn't like he wrote a program. If someone can follow his work, it is possible for a program to be made without him gaining a single penny, right?

I am not very experience with wine, but I bought this bottle a few weeks ago at a wine store and as I rang it up, the owner complimented the wine and said that australian wine is great. I enjoyed this red wine (Red Knot Cabernet Sauvignon):
