'05 CA OL Kevin Bemoll (California signee)

IMO, Bemoll won't pull the trigger yet for a few reasons:

1. He wants to create some suspense, so that his decision is newsworthy;

2. He is still trying to "sell" Sanchez, maybe with hopes of announcing together; and

3. He doesn't want to upstage his 5* QB (remember, they are good friends) by announcing before Mark.

I agree with LJB. Bemoll knows that Sanchez will sign with the Bucks, so he called him during the visit and ask him to wait. The visit must have impressed him so much that he wants to be a Buckeye as well. Now they can announced the decision together at a conference to generate big time news...atleast that is what I believe will happen. Kodos to Ryan for being a great leader and recruiter for us!

Over on BN they have that Bemoll is down to two schools, anybody know who the other one is?? Or knows what the article says?
It's Miami. Bemoll also said Ohio State treated him better than any of the others schools he's visited. Just a matter of time....

Buckeye1 - please don't interpret my comments as any indication that Sanchez is a "lock" for OSU (I did say in point #2 that Kevin is probably still trying to "sell" Mark). Although I believe that Sanchez will commit to the Bucks, I think that Bemoll doesn't want to upstage Sanchez, regardless of which school Sanchez chooses. Keep in mind that Sanchez is the real "star", both of the MV high school team and in the recruiting game. Sanchez deserves some spot light, and Bemoll will let him have it.

However, it would be nice if they announced together....

Bemoll must be a great lineman, then. I say this 'cause the best linemen are the ones you never hear about/from.. the ones you hear of are getting those little yellow hankies thrown at them all the time....

More seriously, though, does show a "team player" mentality on Bemoll's part.
