Dr. Phillips- same school as Miami starting receiver Ryan Moore

Height: 6-foot-4
Weight: 235 pounds
40-yard dash: 4.7 seconds

He is a two sport star- playing both BBall and FBall. He missed 4 FB games last year with a minor knee injury.

tOSU is the school recruiting him the hardest-they visted him at his HS- his two favorites are G-tech (has family in Atlanta) and tOSU- He was born and raised in Cleveland and is very aware of the tOSU/scUM game every year.

In addition to his two current favorites you can't count out the Florida schools who are all in the running and in contact with Neal.
