'05 TN WR Patrick Turner (USC signee)

Deshawn Jackson and Rouse thoroughly outplayed Turner in the AA game....
A lot of that had to with the horrid offensive showing the East displayed. Rouse had a few ctaches but I didn't think he stood out that much for the East.

Everyone was raving about Turner being the best wideout in practice leading up to the AA game.

Grad,

I made the comment tongue-in-cheek, I don't think you guys want this site turning into a USC love-fest (a.la.BN)...this thread has no relevance to Buckeye recruiting

If you wanna post a bold statement like this....

"Most scouts believe Turner's talent can't match up with Andre Amos."

Be sure to include a link to where you saw it.

There's no reason to stir the pot.

Perhaps the most impressive receiver to date for the East offense is Tennessee native Patrick Turner. One member of the Scout.com recruiting team compared him to former USC wide receiver Mike Williams.

Guess where we are from,” said the confident Morely. “We are from South Florida and this is what we do. But I tell you what, that Patrick Turner is something else. He has great size and arms like a giraffe”

“I tell you what, No. 80 (Patrick Turner) is a player,” said Phillips. “So is Rouse. They both have great size and they are aggressive.”

“I had a lot of fun today,” said Turner, the most impressive receiver in the first day of practice for the East.

According to Michael Ray Garvin, Patrick Turner stole the show. “Rouse looked real good before he got hurt but I thought 80 was pretty darn good.”

Sanchez and Turner

I don't want to be negative, but I can think of hundreds of good captions for this photo...
