this is the same kid that ttun fans were stating didnt have an official offer and probably wasnt going to get one. im guessing they are feeling that victor harris is cooling on them.

Smalls still hasn't qualified academically and is waiting for his SAT score back (he took the test Dec. 4) so he can take his visits. After that he is hoping to take some visits (UCLA, scUM, MSU, WVU and tOSU). He has not set any visit dates and has no leader.

His offers from scUM and tOSU are conditional based on his qualifying assuming their classes are not filled by then.

Once again the grade monster hits. Maybe he should call Collins and commiserate with him. One part of me feels sorry for these kids, because generally only a slightly better effort in the class room over 4 years of HS would get them over the hump. But the other part of me says they knew - or should have known - that they needed to get the grades and they made choices not to put out the effort. The situation is only going to get worse for these marginal students. With the NCAA graduation rate bylaws coming down the line, more and more schools are going to pass on kids who are NCAA qualified, but high risk to graduate.
