    Carrington is being recruited by North Carolina, Marshall, Wake Forest, Virginia, Va Tech Syracuse and Ohio State. Luke Fickell is recruiting him. He has no offers at this point but he would like to have a decision made by the end of the summer.

    Here's the only other 'Liberty' RB in Virginia I could find. One service had him as the number 17 player in the state in their 2004 preview, but I don't see him signed with anyone. Different home town, I'm not sure it's the same school.

    17 - FB/LB Chris Spinner - 6-2, 220, Liberty (Bedford)
    Took sophomore year off, but returned strong as a junior. Looks the part of a collegiate player. Plays quite a bit of fullback, but could play linebacker in college
