Usually with FSU they don't offer until late BB isn't out visiting recruits like he used to, but i would expect them to offer pretty soon from Steele.

I think OSU still has a chance b/c didnt Wells come from the same school or is that Hornsby's school? Either kid looks very good to me.

D'Andre holds 22 offers with the latest coming from West Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina State, Auburn, and UCF. His top 5 is (in no significant order) USC, Clemson, Louisville, Maryland and Auburn. He says distance will not be a factor in his decision.

Clemson Signee Fails To Qualify

 Clemson DB signee DeAndre McDaniel of Tallahassee has come up short in his qualifying efforts for his scholarship according to CUTigers.com. McDaniel plans to enroll at a prep school, most likely Fork Union, VA, with the hopes of being able to enroll at Clemson in January. Meantime, Clemson LB commitment Julius Wilkerson of Gaffney told the State newspaper he has met the qualifying requirements but, according to his coach, Clemson won't sign him until the NCAA Clearinghouse approves the transcript.

Probably ought to be in the police blotter thread, but seeing as though we recruited DeAndre, thought I'd put it here instead.

DeAndre has been arrested and charged with aggrevated assult and battery against his girlfriend. Clemson is still "gathering information" as of the 23rd.

I hate to jump to conclusions, but what a waste of God-given talent.
