Though he's not Heard County RB Carlos Brown's favorite actor, he loved Brad Pitt's performance in "Troy." Pitt's character Achilles "was rebellious, led his own people and he refused to die.

Date: Aug 30, 2005

Carlos Brown is the Top Running Back Prospect in the state according to Scout.com. He has been playing quarterback for his Heard County team. Heard County dropped an OT game to Whitewater, but Brown had another stellar performance. See some great images taken by photographer Chris Collins.
</TD></TR><TR><TD colSpan=3>
Carlos Brown continues to impress from his quarterback position. He had 15 carries for 145 yards including touchdown runs of 50 and five. On defense he contributed seven tackles, one pass break up, one tackle for loss and one interception. He will be taking in the big Florida State/Miami game on Monday.

Chris Collins was in attendance for Brown's big night, and he had some excellent photographs. If you are interested in booking Chris to shoot an event, he can be reached here: [email protected]

Auburn Rivals $

Carlos lists schools of heavy interest being Georgia Tech, Georgia, Florida St., and Auburn. also says that there are some other schools that he wants to get out and visit such as scUM and tOSU. doesn't have a top 5 and says he's wide open.

my take: i'd be surprised if he left the south.
