Southeastern Louisiana is a very pass-happy offense, so maybe he wanted to try and be the bigger dog at a smaller school, and draw attention to himself by putting up bigger numbers. There are also rumblings that SE Louisiana may become a D1 program in the next couple of years.

Their QB in 2004-05 threw for 4,240 yards and 35 TD's
