Pha' Terrell is a great athlete who excels on either side of the ball. He was named first team all-Southern Maryland honors as a junior. He has early interest in UConn (offered), Illinois (offered), Maryland (offered), Miami, Michigan, Ohio State, Vanderbilt, and Virginia.

Sounds like an athlete Tressel might like to offer. I notice he has a sub 4.5 and a 39 inch vert.

From Rivals100.com...Washington went to Maryland's junior day. He has offers from Vanderbilt, Boston College, UConn, Illinois, Maryland, Syracuse and Marshall. Michigan has come on strong as well. He plans to camp at the Nike Combine at Penn State and possibly Rutgers.
