</TD></TR><TR><TD align=middle></TD></TR><TR><TD vAlign=top>The game matched two undefeated teams that are both ranked #1 in a national poll among the top high school squads in the country and both are nicknamed Wolverines. Anyone expecting something other than a close game, would be mistaken. St. Louis (MO) Vashon, ranked #1 by USA Today, bested Niagara Falls (NY) High (ranked #1 by Student Sports) 69-66 in overtime in the sixth game of day three of the 2005 Prime Time Shootout.

Pauls team lost in OT to Vashon. Harris carried Niagra with his "creative passing" and physical play inside, yet he even stepped out and hit a 3 early in the game. He lost his footing on a shot that would have sealed it in regulation. He finished with 25 points, 11 boards, and 5 assists.

Paul Harris, SG, Niagara Falls had a performed well at the event. He shot 71% from the floor including a pair of 3s against Vashon and he attacked the basket and proved he's one of the hardest working players in the nation. He showed the ability to take over down the stretch.

11. Niagara Falls (Niagara Falls, N.Y.) 20-1 (11)

The Wolverines opened up their Section 6 playoffs with a 95-59 romp of

Lancaster. Their only loss was in overtime to Vashon two weeks ago at the

Prime Time Shootout and Vashon fans in particular are now rooting for

Niagara Falls to take it all the way to a New York state title.
Harris is having a great season.
