Ray has offers from Ball State, Michigan State, Eastern Michigan, Indiana,
Iowa, Wisconsin, Syracuse, and he expects an offer from tOSU soon. He has tOSU, Iowa, and Wisconsin as his leaders but does say he likes Florida State as well.

From the Michigan State site...the article talks about Coach Ginn and his summer college camp tour. Ray is a WR who is flying under the radar right now. Ginn says that Fisher is big enough to be a college WR, despite some questioning his size.

Fisher lists in order of preference......LSU, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana. He mentions he is looking at Ohio State and Florida State.
