'07 OH CB/RB Jordan Mabin (Northwestern signee)

Is that the same Mike Frank who in a chat on BN predicted ND to win 28-27 and then the next day in an article on his own site predicted ND to win 35-21?
Mabin definitely will see his phone calls pick up after his performance at the combine...

the very same...the same Mike Frank who actually used to be a somewhat solid Scout insider but has since drank the Jabba the Weis Kool-Aid...

I would bet that the staff would want to see him at camp as a DB, and maybe even some in games next year before they make a decision.

I have to agree with you there OSUBucks22. Most of his tape is probably still at RB, his ticket seems to DB. His performance at the AA combine at DB was just the begining for this kid.

Video of Jordan.

My Take: Jordan is an impressive high school back, but he will likely end up at CB on the next level. He shows a good break on the ball, solid ball skills, and will deliver a shot to the WR. He is borderline in height for what the tOSU staff prefers, so a solid camp performance could be needed for an offer.

Jordan picked up an offer from Pitt to add to his earlier offer from Indiana. He says Pitt, Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame and Indiana are his early top five. He is not ready to make a decision, but says Pitt is in good shape.
