Considered the #7 prospect in Ohio for 2007. Reportedly is the best offensive post prospect in the state of Ohio. He is very similar to Sean May (North Carolina), needs to continue to work on his skills. Is considered a hard worker.

FR Helped lead the Spiece Gym Rats to the 16 and Under championship game at the Kentucky Hoopfest, where they lost to the Friends of Hoop (WI) in five overtimes. Pogue has drawn comparsions to North Carolina big man Scott May.

  5. He is a big boy for only being a sophmore. The sophmore class seems to have some nice size in it.

this soph class has to be the best of all time in ohio

mayo, walker, pogue, comegys and that kid from greenfield could all be in the top 50 in the country.

ohio was lucky to have one in the top 100 aslong as I followed basketball since the 80's so this group is by far the best one

Cook's commitment should have a very big role in deciding where to go for Pogue. The future looks bright at tOSU.

Saw Pogue play against Upper Sandusky. Has great athletic ability, especially for his size. I was amazed at how big he was for a sophomore. He might have too much weight on his frame, but once again he is only a sophomore. Looks like he gets tired quickly, thats why I feel he has too much weight on his frame. Real good around the basket when he wants to be. I picture Aaron losing some of his baby-fat, and being a bigger contributer next year.

  12. if your saying hes a little flabby id agree smitty.

Cincinnati, Ohio State, Louisville, Kentucky, and Illinois are his top five schools at this point.
