Update by B.K., Mark says OSU has talked about offering him after a couple into the season. He says they like him as a RB, and the that the staff told him they want to add one more RB. They also like him as an athlete. West Virginia is his favorite and OSU is high on his list too.

3 runningbacks in this class? Obviously having a good runningback is extremely important and they can always be moved elsewhere, but still....

Obviously the staff has other plans for Saine because they have told Mark they would like to bring in two backs, one of which being Boom...nowhere has there been anything about taking three backs in this class, which further reiterates that they must be looking at Saine elsewhere, at least initially.

Wooldridge's 401 yards lead to easy Warriors' win

Saturday, September 23, 2006 From staff reports
Walsh Jesuit's defense has attracted much attention this season, but fullback Mark Wooldridge's performance Friday in the Warriors' 42-18 win over previously unbeaten Padua will be remembered for a while.
Wooldridge amassed 401 yards on 29 carries and scored three touchdowns in Walsh's nonleague home game featuring two teams ranked in The Plain Dealer's Top 25 poll. Wooldridge's rushing figure could have been much higher, as he gained 322 yards in the second half.
The senior's TD runs were for 90, 52 and 3 yards.
According to unofficial records kept by the Ohio High School Athletic Association, Wooldridge's performance ranks 24th on the all-time single-game rushing chart.
Eighth-ranked Walsh's defense dominated, limiting the No. 15Bruins (4-1) to three points in the first half and forcing two turnovers.
The Warriors (4-1) entered the game allowing a little more than 13 points per game.
No. 4 Glenville 38, Collinwood 0
The Tarblooders forced five turnovers as they rolled to 2-0 in the Senate Athletic League.
Glenville (4-1 overall) intercepted three passes and recovered two fumbles. Offensively, quarterback Jermale Hines, who also stars as a linebacker, threw two touchdown passes in going 3-for-8 for 71 yards and ran in another score.
Collinwood is 1-4, 1-1.

We beat Walsh last night in the second round of the playoffs so I got a good look playing against him. This guy has good speed and really has good vision although he seems to want to bounce too much. It seemed like every run he had he tried to bounce it outside even if it wasn't there. We got an early lead on them so he really didn't run the ball in the second half.

Overall, I think he has good potential as a MAC RB, but that's all.
