Interview with Cris's coach Scott Burton. Cris and his teammate C.J. Fleming both visited Virginia this past weekend and had good visits. Coach Burton says that Cris does have an offer from tOSU, and that Cris hasn't mentioned any favorites at this point.

From the UNC site...Cris and teammate CJ Fleming make up one of the best HS CB tandems in the country. Cris is only 16 and has around 15 offers.

I like some of the comments from the coach about issuing a verbal.

From the VPI site...Cris recently checked out VPI. He also stopped in to see Tennessee and WVU. He was planning to see OSU and Michigan as well, but was not able to.

Another coach weighing in on the rush for early commitments was Highland Springs’ Scott Burton, whose top recruit, wide receiver Cris Hill, remains uncommitted. Hill recently took unofficial visits last week to Tech, Tennessee and West Virginia. He has been to Virginia unofficially and wants to go to Michigan and Ohio State on paid visits.

“I would anticipate a decision from him at the earliest at midseason and probably more likely in the postseason,” Burton said.

Cris says he doesn't have the dates yet but is about to schedule official visits to both Michigan and Ohio State. He likes that they're big programs and turn out good DBs. He is yet to have ever been to either school. He is very high on Virginia Tech and also mentions Tennessee, who his H.S. teammate C.J. Fleming has verballed to.
