'07 WI OL/DL Josh Oglesby (Wisconsin signee)

true going against him in the big ten would be sad and make me worry to much but, he's only one of the 5 on the line so. I could deal with the odds and I still hate
notre dame
almost as bad
scum to much for them to get a great player like him

Agreed. His decision to go to UW over ND last weekend was more indicative than the "prior committment" story that ND fans are giving...

I dont know.... Josh's own words were that he was reminded of a prior committment he gave (ie attend Wisconsin's spring game) and he said that he felt that it would be dishonorable for him to not go.

I have a lot of respect for this young man. I wish him well and I hope he chooses to become a buckeye.

I think that's very premature.

What is premature about listing facts as they stand right now? That's basically what he did, and said based on them, signs would point to Wisconsin. That has nothing to do with prematurity. It was his opinion.

Anyways, Josh was at the Wisconsin spring game over the weekend, and shared his thoughts about it with badgerblitz. http://wisconsin.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=537780 It's premium, so I don't know what it says. But I will say the crowd was reportedly pretty small for the spring game. 10-11 thousand people only. But Josh has been to a regular game at Camp Randall, which does have a good atmosphere then. The quality of the play was OK. The O-Line play was solid, but not great.

thanks, i'm sure you have no ulterior motive for backing up somebody who wasn't even being attacked.

by the way, I was saying it's premature to say at this stage where he will end up, since he doesn't even have a leader.

Tress to Josh, " Sorry you couldn't make it to the Shoe last Saturday Josh. By the way, here is a lovely picture of the 63,000 plus fans that made it. I would point out we had two walk-on Olinemen start as well as a kid that transferred in. Did I mention we had two walk-on Olinemen start in the game that played in front of 63,000 people?"
