'08 GA DL Brandon Thompson (Clemson signee)

I still think what 21 says applies, not that you don't. Not saying they'll end up there but Goebel or Rowell could make one hell of guard IMO.

How about Mobley at fullback?
Let's keep this on Thompson.

I think he still stays south. LSU or GT would be his most likely destination IMO. Would love to have him here though.

Sounds like Clemson all the way from what everyone has said. I highly doubt we land Thompson but we would be insane to turn down Thompson if he said yes and as hard as the staff is pushing, I doubt they would pass on him.

Thompson Gets A Date With The Vols
By Phil Kornblut

DL Brandon Thompson (6-2 275) of Thomasville, GA has been planning to take a January official visit to Tennessee, and now he has a date set with the Vols. He will visit Knoxville January 11th. "I'm just going to check out the school and get a feel for everything," Thompson said. "I'll make my decision a week or two after the visit." It won't be his first trip to Knoxville. He made an unofficial visit to see the Vols play USC this season. Thompson has officially visited Clemson, LSU, Georgia Tech and Ohio State and said all four are still on his mind. He hasn't heard from Clemson since the start of the dead period, but "Clemson is still strong," he said.
