By EdgyTim...Quintus grew up an ND fan but is hearing from all the schools listed above.

I was a teamate of Quintus on Brother Rice and how this kid is getting division one interest is beyond me. Quintus had to transfer from our school because he lost his starting job. He never worked hard during practice and was easy to tackle during games. In our teams biggest game this season he had 14 carries for 14 yards. His 7 touchdowns came from inside the 5 and he did not set up a single one. I think he only had one or two carries this past season over 10 yards. As soon as he transferred midway through the season our running game finally flourished. He has a horrible me first attitude and I cannot beleive he is getting interest from the Buckeyes.

My take: Quintus does not have game-breaking speed but is quite shifty. He runs very low to the ground and under control. I think part of the problem is that his strides are a bit long for someone so short. Sometimes it prevents him from making a cut when he could and also hampers this top end speed. Wroks well in traffic, although seems to want to bounce everything outside. A good looking RB, but certainly not one I see getting an offer from OSU. Would make a fine RB at a MAC school. I agree with CWells4heisman...I don't see the big schools coming after him...and to respond to CWells4heisman's comment, I don't know how interested the staff is. Just beacuse the kid mentions OSU, does not mean the staff is actively recruiting him at this point.
