'08 MD RB Josh Haden (Boston College signee; transfer to ????)

The real question is do you think Florida fans are freaking out over Josh wanting to take some visits the way OSU fans on other boards have been about Devoe? A good question for another thread, but something to think about.

Can't blame this kid for wanting to follow his brother...I think we all saw this coming the moment Joe committed to UF.

One of the main UF insiders, GulfCoastGator, on the GatorSportsForum.com board seems to think they lead for him and only take on RB in the class. Right now, he says a kid Eric Smith from Florida is the kid to beat at the positon right now. I don't know how set Josh is at RB, or if he wants to make his own name and not follow his brother, but I am not calling him to UF just yet.

Well he has an offer and has said he wants to get the process over with early...Should be interesting to see if he trys to verbal to UF and they tell him no, even tho he has an offer...

Whoever gets him will get a great kid and player. And he is freakishly strong for a player that is 5'7" 190lbs. He lifted 185lb weights 31 times. And, as a junior, he had the highest SPARQ Rating last year of any player (111.52). He runs a 4.38 40. Just look at a picture of him. His muscles are huge. Hopefully he grows a little, but even as an undersized back, he should be fine in college.
