Negedu is listing Iowa on his favorite list and may camp at Iowa this summer. Arizona, Florida, Iowa, Indiana, and UConn have offered.

Negedu is profiled as a top player in the 2008 class. Reportedly has a 40 inch verticle leap and will attend Iowa's elite camp this week.

Negedu enjoyed his visit to Iowa. Negedu does not have a favorite and is in no hurry to make a decision. Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Arizona, UConn, Florida State, Iowa State and Wake Forest have offered.

man, does he look physically impressive. with Koufos, Laudedale and Madsen all beginning their careers at OSU in the '07-'08 season and Mullens coming the next year, I wonder how hard we will go after another post player in that '08 class. I would imagine Thad will want at least one, but there is already an offer out to Gates in '08 and Van Tresse in '09. this should be interesting...

Gates may be a hard one to get.....I like Negedu alot. You can see by his offer list that I am not the only one......you hit the nail on the head when you said he was physically impressive.

I guess what confuses me is that I thought it was likely we get either Roe or Gates, yet Gates is a PF and Roe is a SF, right? Help me out...

I think Roe is more of a PF than a SF. Maybe TM does not have a good feeling on his chances to get Gates or Roe and that is why he offered Madden. Also, Madden reminds me of Doleman who played for Xavier under Matta when they made their run a couple years ago.

Negedu is described as a undersized 4 who plays bigger than he is. Negedu is not in a hurry to make a decision. He has a verticle jump of 40-41 inches.
