Bottom of the page...

With 42 seniors back next year, St. Anthony's shows no signs of slowing down. And Fort Hamilton returns quarterback Jeffrey Legree. So there just may be another Groundhog Day-like finish.

Continued...

Pryor is a good one, but this kid impresses me too...would love to see him at camp.

Well it looks like at this point that we have 4 pretty good options to evaluate and hopefully snag one in Pryor, Jefferson, Britt, and now Legree...

Totally agree...I spoke to some friends in NY and they all seem to think this kid is the real deal. Granted, those straphangers don't know football talent like us cornfed folks (intentional joke for our NY posters), but they also were dead on about Vidal Hazelton's father not playing with a full deck and Lansford Watson heading to Maryland this year.

Imagine getting a kid like Legree, who seems to love JT and TS, and using him and the block O to help get a kid like Preaster. That would be swell...

Then pull Pryor in as an athlete and 2 more recievers in Scott and Tate...

And then pull in Hale, Torrence, Staples and throw in Watson and Womble as rb's...

And Rowell and another DT to go along with Williams at DE...

Don't we do the "dream class" visions every year?

This kid gets it... He has instantly become one of my favorites for next year...

Great post, I agree. No seriously, I agree...after reading this kid's comments about JT and Troy, I decided this is a kid (ala Charles Baab) that I will be pulling for, regardless of where he goes.

i wonder if he is related to david legree in any way. david is a quarterback commit for syracuse this year, and just wondering if anyone knows if they are related or not.

i really want terrelle pryor next year, but if we don't get him then i think jeffrey would hopefully be next on our big board of quarterbacks. he seems like a great player, as well as a great person.

GO BUCKS!!!

yes he is david legrees brother. and david is actrually better then jeff. which is in no way knocking jeff. its more of a compliment to david and how good he is. a legree has played the city champ 3 years in a row.

2004 david lost as underdogs to a great team

2005 jeff won as an underdog

2006 jeff's team was AMAZING and i dont think they were ever down in any game. they were the best team in the state of new york by far

I stand corrected...they are brothers.

A certain Scout talent evaluator who watched Jeffrey at the Rutgers combine says he thinks Jeffrey is far ahead of his brother at this stage in his career.
