Elliot did not receive an offer, but JT told him the Buckeyes want him in Columbus. While Michigan is a clear leader right now, Elliot says he will be patient for tOSU.

If it weren't for the potentially monsterous OL class we'll be getting, chances were pretty decent he would've had an offer from us. Michigan has had very good luck in picking Ohio OL in the past and it looks like you got yet another good one in Mealer.
