Only 180???...He looked a lot bigger than that when I watched him (more like 200 lbs.) Devoe is an excellent LB prospect. He's all over the field for Canton South. He had about 120 or so tackles in 10 games last year.

who knows how accurate that Rivals database info is...that may have been input over a year ago and not been updated recently, seeing as Devoe is aonly a sophmore. database info is merely a good guide and shouldn't be looked at as 100% accurate all the time. that applies to more than measurables as well...colleges of interest and levels of interest are merely interpretations by third parties and should never be looked at as 100% reliable, but a good point of reference.

didn't he play fullback too? must be fearless and pack one helluva whallup to be a LB/FB at 180
he played fullback had somewhere around five hundred yards(we ran the wing T so not like the traditional fullback). not sure about td's. he throws tackles off of him like crazy. i know that he had 117 tackles before our last game at Carrolton and he had missed 2 games before that. but in the spread next year. Devoe and Devon should be splitting time at RB in the spread, With Devon playing WR a lot of the time.

Devoe will be atleast top 15 RB's for 08 but he will be an even better LB. One of the best in the state. Devoe isn't as good an athlete as his brother but he is a much tougher Football player. He always Runs with toughness throwing tackles off of him like crazy.
