Coffman's Danny Gardiner tries to knock the ball away from Bradley McDougald of Scioto last Saturday.

Most of the ScoutingOhio film is of Brad on offense (WR/RB) but I think if he is going to get a look from OSU is will probably be on defense...kid can bring the wood from his CB spot.

Wow indeed. Different recruiting strategy this year for the Bucks. If this offer is to make the other "Plan A" guys who really want to be Buckeyes verbal to us now, our coaches are pursuing an early ending to this class agressively. I hope it works out. If we're indeed doing this, I think you'll see more Givens situations where the player jumped to commit to us too soon than we have in the past.

Honestly, I'm hoping he had a steallar showing somewhere at a camp (ala Corey Brown) as the reason for the offer.

And congrats to Brad!! He's doubled his scholarship offers here in a little over a month. I wonder how long its gonna be until he gets his 1st SEC offer to bring that Midwestern Speed south.

Hmm, congrats to Brad, although I didn't expect this and I'm not even close to being a recruiting expert. :tongue2:

I do like big CBs. And if the staff likes him, I like him.

OSUBuckeye4Life said he's being recruited as a safety.

I liked McDougald but didn't think he'd get an offer.

On a side note, every week Steve Helwagen on the Bucknuts Radio Hour says this class should number between 22-24. You have to be out of your mind if you think we're only taking 22. It's pretty apparent unless we whiff on a lot of these prospects, we're taking at least 25.
