Behanan making official visit

The University of Louisville basketball team will be hosting another top 25 player this weekend - Bowling Green's Chane Behanan.

The 6-foot-8 Behanan will be one of three prospects making an official visit to Louisville this weekend, joining Deuce Bello and Josiah Turner. Quincy Miller and Zach Price will be making unofficial visits to the campus.

Behanan had originally scheduled a visit to West Virginia for this weekend but changed his plans and will take in the U of L vs. UK football game.

Behanan is a favorite for Kentucky's Mr. Basketball honors this winter. He also has offers and is considering Kentucky, Ohio State, West Virginia, Texas and has an in-home visit from North Carolina coming in a few weeks.

He made an unofficial visit to Louisville last week and took a tour of the new arena.

Bello and Miller are top players from North Carolina, while Turner is from California. Price, who now attends Jeffersontown High School, has already committed to U of L.

Chase was at the UofL and UK football game this weekend in Louisville. John Calipari was on the field and kept walking back and forth around the recruits on their visit to UofL. They said he never spoke to them which would have been a violation but they said he continued to walk around them and kept making eye contact with some of them. Kinda creepy if you ask me....
