By BK...Played TE as a freshman and did not play as a sophmore to concentrate on academcs...playing guard this year...prefers TE but is getting letters for both spots...hearing from the likes of LSU, Iowa, Kansas, Colorado, Cincinnati, Toledo, Ohio State, Michigan, Wisconsin, Michigan State, Illinois and West Virginia.

Coach B on Jamare..."At 6'4 with a powerful frame and only a freshman, Jamare gives us a physical presence on the court every day. He has a long way to go to learn how to play, but the tools are there. He can play with his back to the basket, but also has good face up moves and possess a fine shooting touch away from the basket. He should evolve into a "go to guy" down the road in our program."

I know people are probably getting sick of hearing this but I just simply cannot remember a year when so many kids in Ohio had BCS offers, little alone Big 10 offers...and it's only March.

Jamare Mills becomes the latest as Minnesota and Toledo have offered.

Nick Vannett ring a bell?

He definitely does, I was just thinking of Mills as a backup plan. But it seems like the concensus is that Vannett is ours to lose. So I'll be confident with everyone else that we land Vannett.

Regardless of whether Vannett commits to OSU or Central Missouri State, I don't know that Mills is next in line...he would be in the discussion along with Ray Hamilton, Benson Browne, Austin Traylor, Brian Mihalik and a sleeper I like named Rakim Reed from Timken.
