Lacy is an extremely athletic offensive tackle prospect that has his best football in front of him. Has only played OL for one season. What you look for in a true tackle prospect; has long arms, good feet, and is very athletic. Still raw in his technique but that will develop as he plays more. Has the frame to be a 300+ pounder without losing his athletic ability.

It would be nice to get him into Columbus. But with 2 officials already taken and 3 others already scheduled the first challenge will be getting an official in substitution for MI or Vandy. A bit more challenging than your typical recruit looking around late in the process.

Arizona OL & #UCLA commit Kenny Lacy has all five OVs already slotted but said he would definitely move some around to fit in #OhioState

When he takes his tSUN official, he could just "blow out for a day" and come to CBus, and charge the airfare to Brady L.

Would love to see him in this class and for some reason I think he ends up here. You can tell how well he moves in those clips on defense. A couple years with Mariotti and Warriner and this kid could be a big time player.

ESPN - OT Kenny Lacy plans OSU official visit

12/11

If there?s a spot for an offensive lineman in Ohio State?s 2013 recruiting class, it?s pretty evident who the Buckeyes are going after if it?s not David Dawson (Detroit/Cass Tech).

It became clearer today when UCLA commit Kenny Lacy (Phoenix/Mountain Pointe) scheduled an official visit.

The 6-foot-5, 260-pound offensive tackle was floored by Ohio State?s interest on Nov. 29, saying it was a big offer.

Ask four-star offensive tackle and current UCLA commit Kenny Lacy what would happen if Bruins offensive line coach Adrian Klemm were to part ways with the program, and he doesn't mince words.
"I'd seriously look around," Lacy said. "My position coach is much more important than my head coach. He's the guy I have to be around on a daily basis and have a strong relationship with."
I might think that Warriner is a good position coach.
