He was recently reclassified from a 2013 recruit to a 2014 recruit because of extenuating circumstances (ESPN article).

It's also worth mentioning that he is a teammate of fellow OSU offer Tyler Luatua.

By Biggins....Visiting tOSU on 4/6 and would also like to visit Clemson, Florida, Tennessee & Ole Miss. Looking at the style of offense, tradition, relationship with the coaching staff & how comfortable he feels at the school. Says the tradition at Ohio State stands out.

Todd, who is 6-foot-5 and 210 pounds, is excited about his unofficial visit to OU coming up for the spring game. So excited that it might very well be his last visit of the spring.
