'15 OH F Carlton Bragg (Kansas Signee, transfer to Arizona State, transfer to New Mexico)

According to reports on Twitter, Bragg got offered by Kansas today. Interesting that of the blue blood programs, KU is the only one to offer Bragg at this point (I don't think UCLA is a modern blue blood program) while all the others except KU have offered Kennard who's in the same class.

Thad Matta first one in the door to see Carlton Bragg today. Bob Huggins and Iowa's asst Sherman Dillard also in the gym.

^^ Matta is definitely making Bragg a top priority in 2015. I feel like OSU has a really good chance to get him. The great thing about it is Matta has already gotten a head start on what should be another big recruiting class in 2015, so he can narrow his focus to guys like Bragg, Kennard and a few others in addition to the two commits in that class.

Kentucky, Ohio State, Maryland Pursuing Carlton Bragg; Louisville, Iowa Add Offers
October 30th, 2013

Kentucky, Ohio State and Maryland are among those pursuing Carlton Bragg, one of the top prospects in the Class of 2015.

On Wednesday, Louisville also offered the 6-foot-8 2015 power forward from Cleveland Villa Angela St. Joseph, and Iowa recently offered, too.

Bragg recently visited Kentucky unofficially and his mentor, Michael Graves, said the entire staff is recruiting him — though they have yet to offer.

Head coach John Calipari and assistants John Robic and Orlando Antigua are involved in a “team effort,” Graves said, adding that he heard from Calipari on Monday and Robic on Tuesday.

Meantime, Ohio State assistant Dave Dickerson is expected to watch Bragg work out today, while Maryland head coach Mark Turgeon is due to watch his first official practice on Friday.

Graves said Louisville, West Virginia, Texas, Kansas, UCLA and N.C. State “all have picked up the pace in their recruitment of Carlton.”

Bragg got an offer from Arizona this week according to multiple reports. Funny how there are all these reports from national media types about pretty much every other program recruiting Bragg but the mentions of OSU by the national media are few even though the OSU staff is just as active in recruiting him if not more active than any other program.

2015 5-star forward Carlton Bragg w/ 24 points, 17 rebounds , 3 blocks & 6 assists in front of Thad Matta & Jeff Boals last night

There was no mention from the national media reporters of OSU's effort in visiting Bragg yesterday. Apparently he has a birthday today (or was it yesterday?), so happy birthday to him.
