I like the sound of Goodwin a lot better  plus Goodwin is from Ohio
I hear the basketball players in Ohio are like the football players in SEC country, no?

I remember when Ohio State played against UK ( can't remember if it was a tourney game, or reg season) and Ohio State had no answer for the size at the guard position. Players would close out on the shooter, and they would still be able to drain the three over the defender. Would be nice to see Ohio State start to do the same, which from what I've seen, Holtmann loves some tall guards.

You're thinking of the Sweet 16 matchup in 2011. Their guards went: 6'3, 6'4, 6'6, and 6'8. It wasn't necessarily their size, they were just much more athletic and tough defenders. Buford went 2-16 in that game, Craft 0-5 and we shot 19-58 overall. Sully inside and Diebler behind the arc were really our only scoring in that game. It was sooooo frustrating. FRankly, I was always surprised it was such a close game.

I remember how brutal that game was. Here's to hoping we can channel some of that ridiculous size at the guard spot!
