I'll watch everything until that last drive. One of the most disappointing days of my life!!! Fricking prevent defense. David Boston - hate that guy! Maybe one day we'll get our revenge!!! Corey Adams would be a start!

I watched the replay of the game during X-Mas dinner this afternoon. Kept telling my son to listen for the infamous Musselburger quote that "Jake The Snake-Does It Again." Time makes you forget some things, I had obviously forgotten how pathetic the ASS-U Defense was on the "Coffin-Nail" drive. Was it part of Snyders gameplan to actually commit pass-interference over and over again and just hope we ran out of time? Sure as hell looked like it to me.

Peace.

I was fortunate to be in the Rose Bowl that day, but it wasn't until I replayed the game on tape that I saw how utterly bad the ASU DBs were cheating. Yeah, OSU had one or two, but on EVERY PLAY the ASU DBs were holding. Heck, even the commentator was on OSU's side. Forgot how well Stanley Jackson played (there was actually a pass/run option where Jackson hit the fullback in the flat) (same as USC did us this year), and good 'ol Mushmouth was in "Jake teh Snake" corner.

Best darn 1:34 drive I've ever seen. Thought it was over a couple of times, but Germaine hit the right pass at the right time. Ahhh, wish the Big Cat had stayed healthy in the pros, he played well, but only because Bellasari and ? covered his territory while he free-lanced. Still he was a force. Pace outplayed Juan Roque (ASU's great tackle) and cemented his #1 draft day pick.

Great game, and I usually see that one on Big Ten Channel, as I think there's somebody at ESPiN that was an ASU grad, and they only show that tape when he's on vacation.

:gobucks3::gobucks4::banger: And SCUM still :scum4:
