Went back, the first of the two plays I was thinking of was actually #1.

Sidenote, Simmons owes some royalties to Joey for lifting the shrug.

I’ve seen a bunch of talk about how OSU won’t quit. That’s great. None of the other three teams will either. That’s what is magic about the playoff.

I do think being better tested will allow OSU to not tighten up and make dumb mistakes. Dabo has been good at this in the past, but he’s never had a team THIS untested before.

Clemson will be challenged at some point in this game. They may respond poorly enough to put them in an insurmountable hole- similar time OU last year.

Also comparing yourself to PED state here is a mistake. If you are equal to them you aren't doing so hot.

I'd like your opinion on the following match ups (all Clemson fans).

Ours vs yours

OL vs DL- advantage OSU as we are experienced and deep. Your DL is talented but young.

QB/RB vs LB- Push as your best player is at this position but so is ours.

WR vs DB- push as we roll our guys and we do not rely on any one receiver. Your safety is a liability so perhaps even slight edge OSU.

DL vs OL- edge OSU as Young is better than Either of your tackles and our tackles go 3 deep.

LB vs QB/RB- edge Clemson but if we play Browning instead of Tuf maybe it's a push but since we've played Tuf all year I think he'll start again.

DB vs WR- push and I realize how talented you are here. What you aren't accounting for is we have 3 first or 2nd round corners and may be a first round safety too. Plus with neither of your tackles matching up well it should help here.

All told? We have a decent advantage in the trenches, you guys have a slight advantage in the middle, and it's a push on the outside.

No you don't you have 3 and that includes losing your best lineman in Hyatt. If you think Fat sideshow Bob will handle Chase you clearly don't know football.

What I gather is YOU'RE afraid or else you wouldn't bring up 4 years ago so much. How does that have any baring on our game in 2 weeks?

Just go through my list OBJECTIVELY or can't you do that?

How the hell you about to let a Chapelle Show joke fly THAT far over your damn head?

And that quip should tell you just how "highly" I think of Penn State then. Might want to peep those all time wins and or win percentage.

Like I said, Clemson has had flash success in the past and is currently in a great 5 year stretch. But we've seen other programs in the BCS era alone rise only to fade back to sustained mediocrity. Count those blessings.

But to Clemsons credit, I think Dabo is a great coach who could build that quality long term winning.
