Game Thread (2004) Bowl Game: MasterCard Alamo Bowl - Oklahoma State - 12/29/04 (W, 8-4/4-4)

Ryno said:
I don't mind you using my photo, but it's usually best to ask first... considering I am a AP Photographer and GTR Photographer. Those are copywrited photos you are using.

Well, if there are copywrited, he probably has no problems. Now, if they were copyrighted, that's a different story!

Anyway, don't you guys (Ryno & Wang) think it would be a good idea to use some form of copyright identification on your work? I know this is no longer required, and the issues of loss of copyright are no longer a big concern (as it is with trademarks) with changes to copyright law, but folks cruising the internet aren't familiar with these rules. Seems you'd have less headache if you'd attach a © symbol and date.

Probably could 3yards but watermarking photos is a pain. Additionally Ryno doesn't have a problem with his photos being used for non-commercial purposes, he just wants one to ask permission. Its a respect thing, ya know?

We don't have a problem, at all, with you guys wanting to use the photos in future projects IF you ask permission. But you will catch the wrath of Ryno if you don't ask permission

Sorry for not posting earlier. Haven't been on a lot lately.

Yeah, that fat bastard is an embarrassment. I think he's the one who wanted to try to get on, hoping to get blocked, so he could sue OSU for descrimination. But they said "sure" and he kinda had no choice. lol

But yeah, at least we have a ton of hotties on pom to make up for that anchor.

Yeah, we use STATE a lot... I know y'all don't. WE'RE NOT OKLAHOMA. Thank God.

"Alot of Buckeye fans are just jackasses, that I'm embarrassed to be associated with."

I hear ya Iron. I guess that comes from being the only major program in the state. Luckily for us, all the uneducated fools in Oklahoma go to the dark side.

JW, I'll echo what others have said. I hope you guys stick around. It's been great to have you guys here. I imagine we're going to see some Longhorns here soon and it would be nice to have some other B12'ers here to give us a conference rival's perspective on their team.

Now go out and get a Nat'l championship in BB for OSU's everywhere. I'll be rootin' for ya!

Yeah, we're hoping to be cutting down the nets in April.

As for Texas... I think this past Rose Bowl might be the beginning of Young really being a superstar. I had seen him do stuff like that in person before, but he did it a lot against Michigan.

OU loses a ton of starters next year (like 17) and I think that if there's any year UT will win it all, it'll be this next season. Just my really-early opinion.

But yeah, I'll stick around. I'm too busy pimping my bballers on the basketball board here.

Newbie here with a question

Howdy! I'm a born and bred Buckeye now living down in the Lone Star state, Austin to be precise. Just found this board and I'm enjoying what I've found!

Anyway, my question. Is there any online video (mpeg, WMV, etc) of the AG ESPN interveiw before the Alamo Bowl? I was at the game, didn't record it and I'd like to see it for myself. Maybe even a transcript?

Any help would be appreciated! :nerd:

DD

edit for spelling, I usally think faster than I type... lol

An Opponent with a Worthy Fan Base

One thing I believe we all enjoyed around the Alamo Bowl game was the great interaction with the cross over posters out of Oklahoma State's independent fan site.

Further proof of just how fixated those Cowboy fans can be -- they'll take their obsession with 'em to their graves....
