He's a playmaker alright, he makes them for both teams. Big ones for us regularly, big ones for whoever we're playing regularly.

I still maintain the OL is the root of all of our offensive struggles, that our running and passing problems (while exacerbated by youth and/or lack of higher-end talent) are byproducts of that.

The defense, This o-line and offense is the worst I have seen in my 27 years on this planet.

Zwick isn't helping this offense. :(

No...the defense has been on the foeld WAY too much in the past few games. Turnovers deep in the zone, big special teams returns, and horrible punts have put this Defense in a bind too many times

    Still no offense?

I'm having flashbacks to last Saturday night... The only differences are that the defensive and special teams at least have shown up and kept us in the game. Cheers to those two groups of players, but our offense looks anemic!

We have had no offense since Tressel came here. Zwick isn't the answer.
The D plays the whole game.

the defense absolutely has to keep them pinned down this series...

    offense is losing their composure...

I was hopin all the postings about the OC and line coaches were wrong... but they sure seem to be validated today... altho the D isn't making any fab takeaway plays either...

Wrong. We had an offense. That offense is now sitting on his ass in northeast Ohio.

Are you saying we need a running back? We also need a QB that can complete some passes when the receivers are open.

Zwick throws the long ball worse than Krenzel.

I hate to say it, but I think he went for the ball because of a lack of faith that the offense could move the ball.

Yeah, we need a QB who can help the OL run block and pass protect. Maybe Boeckman can step in and help make sure he's got some time in the pocket.
