How would it work if Ted Ginn qualifies for the olympics? Does Darius Hiley have any eligibility issues? Whats the prognosis on Maurice Hall's knees and how does Pittman compare to Clarett.

I believe Ginn would be redshirted if he qualifies for the olympics and isn't able to practice.
The latest is the Hiley has academics issues that need to be resolved.
Hall's knees are still a problem for him.
I think it's too early to compare them until Pittman gets some game experience. He seems to have similar skills as Clarett such as vision, breaking tackles and strength.

How likely is it that Ginn will make the Olympic team, what are his chances? Making it as a kid not even in college would really say something about what kind of athlete he is. I would love to see a future Ohio State Buckeye in the Olympics doing our country proud.

Everything I have seen on Ginn and the Olympics indicates it is an outside chance. However, if he does make it I don't see him redshirting. We will be lucky to have this kid for four years let alone five.

What are the other 2,001 questions?

Thanks... I ask about Pittman because from what I recall he did a lot better than Clarett in the spring game... but that was a different time... and a different team.

I agree with oh8ch here. Even if Ginn makes the Olympic team, redshirting him really does no good. One thing that Cooper stated that I agreed with, is that it is a waste of one year to redshirt the 5 star blue chip recruit who may leave after 3 years. (IIRC, didn't Coop come to this conclusion after "Big Daddy" left early?)
