im hopefully panning on making a trip to the spring game and the shoe in april but are the tickets 5 bucks at the gate as well, and how do they go about seating? also what are some good times to get there and other times for other activities? im planning on just buying at the gate. ive been dying to see a buckeye game lately. the last game i saw at the shoe was when joey galloway played illinois in 94.:(

Tix should be $5 at the gate too. I'm actually getting mine on www.hangonsloopy.com, and they charge $6 with 1 for handling services. I'm pretty sure $1 from every ticket goes to charity. Seating is General Admission, so you want to get there early if you want good seats (noon maybe). The players will warmup for an hour or so before the game, then it should be 12 minute quarters, with the second half clock (maybe just 4th quarter) left running, even on out-of-bound plays and such. Should be a great game!

I am bringing my little cousin and he is really excited. Is there any way to get autographs and to talk to the players or do they go straigt to the locker room after the game.

Also what time is best to get there if you want front row seats.

Spring practices are closed to the public since Coach Tressel arrived. If you sit near the south endzone near the tunnels, you will likely be able to stick out a hat and marker to get signed by the guys after the game. The coaches have been pretty goos about that in recent years.

I believe that for the Spring Game there is a tradition that the losing squad has to walk back to the WHAC. If that's the case, and you don't mind a little bit of a hike I'm sure some of the players would sign a hat or program, etc.
