I wanted to continue talking about '08 RB recruiting so I moved your post here:

Lots of talent in-state yet to be unearthed...some of the top performers at the NHASC combine included Cameron Truss (Labrae), Alex Thomas (Stow), Jelani Alford (Withrow), Marquise Harrell (Avon), Dante Marsh (Howland) Randy Greenwodd (Lake Catholic), Raymar Clements (Warrensville Heights), Tyler Fortner (Tallmadge), etc.

A few more RBs I saw in state were:
Brandon Rice (Columbus Walnut Ridge) 5'10" 180
Julian Nash (Toledo Start) 6'1" 215 4.55
Tim Edmond (Cincinnati LaSalle) 5'11" 220 4.6
