and we do have good players here at south carolina...if not, we wouldnt have had 6, yes 6, players drafted in this past draft alone.

Sure do - and most of them end up at Clemson.

S. Carolina is a sneaky good state for recruiting. I will say it's much better for skill positions than line positions.

Pretty sharp video made by a Dawg Fan. Football is so close!

That's not bad. As a public service to Gatorubet, I'll let him know that he may want to skip over the play that runs from the 4:48 to the 5:17 mark. :wink2:

No worries Bill. I have no problem watching ancient history. The British burned the capital in 1814, and I can look at a British Flag without distress.

After all, the British - like the leg humpers - can do little harm to me now.

Georgia Sports Blog: Most Wins in College Football: Past 10 Years

Boner.
Some breakdowns of wins in the SEC and the rest of College football. The author of the blog discounts Boise State's wins over the time frame because of lack of quality competition.

SEC Championships since '99:
LSU -3
Florida - 3
Georgia - 2

National Titles since '99:
LSU - 2
Florida -2
Georgia - 0

How does it feel to lead the conference in wins, but still have nothing to show for it?

I feel gipped. Our one and two loss seasons didn't lead to the BCS title game. Yours did.

Just out of curiosity Nutria - when the Tigers made the Sugar bowl but not the title game, who do you feel was the more difficult opponent? B.Quinn, Fat Charlie and the Irish or Kurt Kitner and that Illinois team that snuck up on everyone in 2000. LSU won both games easily - but I'd be curious to hear a LSU fans thoughts.

** And this isn't intended to be a shot across the bow. UGA played a half-ass FSU team and a terribly overmatched Hawaii team in its Sugar Bowl games. And we fell asleep at the wheel against WVU

probably Illinois was tougher.
we were a good, but nothing special team most of that year. we just happened to peak at the right time. but that game was definitely a better match-up.

at no point did I ever consider losing to fat Charlie as a possibility. We knew we were going to skull fuck them, the media knew it, lady Quinn knew it, and fat charlie knew it.
that's why he pulled that fake punt deep in his own territory on the 1st drive.

EDSBS ? Archive ? BRANDON SPIKES IS TERRIFYING, ETC.

My god, does Brandon Spikes look like he just got done with a six month deployment eating landmines in Tora Bora. He’s obviously been fed straight rage hormone and velociraptor eggs for the offseason, mutating him further from his human self into a kind of hip-hop lumberjack Wolverine on a three week bender of bar-fighting and barehanded sustenance hunting. On further review, he may very well be the son of Professor Badass. He looks mean, like he’s challenging the Ebola virus to hand-to-hand combat. He’d win.
