For those who have heard that we are not considering Troy Smith as available for trade, I just talked to the stockholders and they are furious.
Seems like the management has had a change of heart and would reconsider if the right package was made available.

Seattle's pick was ready this morning at 9:30. I'm here to be used, I'm your huckleberry.

The PM system is designed as a fallback if you aren't around. Otherwise go ahead and declare the choice - with some humor/flair - with your head coach or owner, then make the official announcement with Goodell. After the first two rounds, you can skip using Goodell altogether since I get lazy & tired after awhile.

After going 5 for 5, Dez was the first selection in this draft that I did not predict. I had Dez filling the likely void of Brandon Marshall. Seattle had bigger needs than WR (such as OT & DE), but this is a case of taking the best player available, and Dez was too talented to pass.

TJ is a great number two but is not a go to receiver. Adding the best deep threat in the draft would provide a second dynamic weapon in the passing game and allow TJ to earn that lofty contract. Bryant has great size & speed and was unstoppable in the Big 12.

Damn, Mel! Mangini told you!

Cleveland FINALLY addresses its defensive backfield. The big loser here is Taylor Mays. If Mays came out last year, he would have been taken here. Instead, after a poor season, and with Haden's stock skyrocketing this year, Cleveland drafts the best defensive back in the draft. I heard they were debating between Haden and Eric Berry, but with Berry already off the board, Cleveland's choice was easy.
