2012 BP Mock Discussion (Trades, Feedback)

I know for myself there are a few websites I check that list the team needs. I also check the team message boards to see who THEY want. Then I use media mock drafts to get a sense of true value.

I know for San Diego there were a couple big needs. But they don't expect the Stanford tackle to fall to them so I HAD to pick him. Kinda like last year when Aldon Smith fell to San Diego in last years draft. (Of course he was a top 10 pick and defensive rookie of the year, so I consider myself the champ of last year's mock)

I use a combination of mocks, reviewing team needs, team performance, FA signings (if any), positions, IMO, that need upgraded based on performance and BPA.

Thus the selection of DeCastro. I thought he would be an ideal piece at RG or LG. And no matter what anyone states, I thought that was a very weak area for the Eagles last year.

If this was not a Buckeye board, John Martin, the OT from Standford would have been taken instead of Mike Adams.
