Headaches.

Maybe prone to migraines? They can put you on your ass.

Interesting that he got back into the pack as part of an attack by Kwiatkowski, who was one of five riders who withdrew today.

I heard stomach bug--the shits and dehydration can take it's toll pretty quick (and he was down another minute on the road when he abandoned). Nice finish for Talansky (though it's to not love a long time domestique getting a stage win). I keep expecting big things from him. Valverde seems to have his legs back so maybe Movistar can give Froome a race.

Cavendish had the stomach bug two stages ago.

Well, Quintana finally made things interesting. Going to be tough though to overcome two and 1/2 minutes--even on Alpe d'Huez. Attacks should come right from the start. Bloody hell, I'm going to have to get up at 4am to watch this!

On the fence about the sportsmanship of Nibali's attack. He wasn't a yellow jersey contender but he forced the group to react while Froome dealt with the mechanical. If nothing else turning out to be a good feud between the two.

Classic Alpe d'Huez. Nearly a half million spectators on the slopes. Pinot puts his name on it (big two wins in the Alps for the French); Quintana makes a ballsy attack but still comes up a minute short. Typical insanity at Dutch Corner (saw a great pic of a non contender drinking a beer out of a plastic cup). Champagne on the road tomorrow and I'm pulling for Sagan on the Champs Elysees.

First tour I can recall in the time I have been following where there was a real chance that the yellow might change on the final day of real racing.

For the uninitiated it seems crazy to get so excited watching people ride bicycles up a hill, but that stage had me on the edge of my seat.
