He had Mariota. Since taking over he has recruited poorly, runs Kelly's offense without any tweeking or change up and hired Brady Hoke as his DC. Ducks are 4-8 and have the worst defense in FBS. Helfrich was not a good hire (rather promotion from within). But I do rather enjoy watching them implode!:beer:

Should have been Scott Frost. Guy took a team that didn't win a single game last year, then got em bowl Eligible, was actually pretty close to being 8 - 4.
