2016 NFL Season (Official Thread)

They're both career ~80 rating guys. Fair enough on arm strength... as far as 'proven' and getting 'things done' ... is he thinking of Ed Reed, Ray Lewis, et. al.? Ray Rice and Jamal Lewis aren't coming back either.
Anything is better than Tannehill & Bridgewater at this point. Amazing what one miraculous SB run can make people think. To be fair to Flacco (Whom I like not), his OL was got him killed last year. Maybe he just wants to get his ass kicked by Steve Smith Sr.

Paging @kujirakira

Couldn't find a video of just his remarks, so you only need to watch the first 50 seconds. You won't be disappointed.

McCown and Manziel?
But really, Flacco and Bridgewater are neck and neck in terms of efficiency. Flacco is very consistent as an 80 rating guy, and looks like Bridgewater will be about the same. I guess if he just wants more targets on deep balls... otherwise both QBs are game managers.

Approved: Permanently move line of scrimmage for try kicks to the defensive team’s 15-yard line & allow D to return any missed try

Since returning the missed try invites violent hits towards the returner, and most likely blind side blocks during the return, I fail to see how this rule "protects players from unnecessary risks".

Another potentially sneaky good move by the Pats. Decent player when healthy.
