1946 Homecoming
Program from first game of 1946. "Good Luck" not so much, for single-season HC Paul Bixler.
(4–3–2 record and outscored 166–170)
FYI (If you don't already know), Bixler later served as director of player personnel for the Cleveland Browns after a stint coaching at Colgate, where he compiled an equally abysmal record of 18–30–4.
Oh, and in case you're wondering, there is this from the Plain Dealer staff:
Looks like we were the ones who ended up in the meat grinder. Ouch!
