Texas is exactly the type of team that gets an 8 or 9 seed and scares the hell out of a #1 on the first weekend of the tournament. They have played a brutal schedule and piled up losses, but they have the talent to hang with anybody.

This is exactly the type of comment I'll choose to remember in March, sending them to the e8...only to have them bounced in the first round.

The A-Sun might turn out to be interesting.

Lipscomb is 30 in the NET rankings at 20-5 (11-1)

However Liberty just beat them, they are 22-5 (11-1) but 61 in the NET

Lipscomb does have 1 decent OOC win (@TCU, 33 in NET) and really no bad losses. If they win out and lose in the A-Sun title game definitely a potential bid steal.

According to a stat on FS1, Tennessee has beaten a grand total of 1 ranked team during their current 19-game winning streak. Their SEC schedule has been pretty soft thus far.
