2018 Week 4 CFB Open Thread

Wake beating ND would be sweet because it destroys any "we had a close loss to a great team!" narrative scUM fans may be able to form.

Though anyone whos watched ND that past week knows they are far from a great team. Shitty schedule will pad their win total big time.

I was impressed with how hard they run. Defensive line looked strong too

Where does Temple pull their talent from? Are they just getting most of the 2 and 3 star players that PSU doesn't want?
I never really thought of Philly as a bevy of HS talent? With the exception of DeAndre Swift of course...

**Follow up question: The over/under on Wisconsin vs. Iowa is 42.5
Am I over thinking this or should I HAMMER that under? Iowa can't score and Wisconsin appears to suck.

I'm terrified of "Pissed off Wisconsin comes out and plays like madmen" and "That one night game at Kinnick where Iowa looks like the 1999 St. Louis Rams"

The game that really has me wondering this week is Clemson at GT

I very nearly took GT in the upset thread. Went with Nebraska instead.

Clemson has shown that, at least on one Saturday this year, they were susceptible to the pass. Seems to me though that their defensive line might be too disruptive for GT's option attack to get anything going. Nevertheless, that once-a-year match up always jumps up and bites someone.

Didn’t Clemson just play a triple-option Georgia Southern team last week?

Genius scheduling on their part, if so.
