2018 Week 6 CFB Open Thread

I'm fine with Shaggy giving them a beat down today. One less unbeaten, and the Horns have that loss to Maryland on their resume'.
What does one less unbeaten matter? Let OU go undefeated and help make sure the SEC doesn't get two teams in. I'd love for OSU to get a rematch with the Sooners.

But if Texas wins today then OU will still get a rematch in the ill-conceived Big XII Championship Game.

If Georgia and Alabama are both 1 loss or better they're both getting in the CFP because SEC. That leaves two spots, and Clemson is set up for one of them unless they lose to some scrub ACC team. So now there's one spot. Unbeaten Oklahoma is a bigger threat to grab it, potentially at OSU's expense, than one loss Oklahoma. Meanwhile, ND is still undefeated as well.

This isn't really hard to understand.

I expect OSU to get in by being good, not by other teams being bad. The Bucks have already beaten the best team on their schedule and control their own destiny. I'm counting them in.
