Frankly, UM looked good and UNC played like total slop for the first part of the second half.

UNC has great size and athleticism but Cole Anthony is the only guy that has great basketball skills on their team.

Nate Oats looks like he is about to get off to a 2-4 start with Alabama. Gee, I guess being #2 in the country in pace isn't how you win basketball games at Alabama after all. Oats was an idiotic hire for the Tide. You cannot win consistently at that pace at the high major level with the players Oats has.

I put in a bet on UM to win the NCAA title at +4500 odds. So now they are guaranteed to fall flat on their face.

Today Tennessee was upset by FSU, Texas A&M lost to Temple by 23, and Ole Miss scored 37 and got beat by 41 points vs Oklahoma State.

Louisville is the new #1 team in the country. Just in time to get beat by UM and lose the #1 ranking.

Massive personnel losses for the Hoyas, particularly Akinjo. Maybe they got tired of Ewing telling them to "wake up" & "the opponent is getting everything they want" every game?

Actually there seems to be a lot more behind this story. Reports coming out that one of the Hoya players were involved in a sexual assault in September, and a restraining order was filed against the offender and other players who burglarized the victim afterward. though goodwin has fared well for notre dame, i'd say that muhammad and washington are a solid upgrade over watson and goodwin. watson appears to be regressing.

Goodwin is definitely a high major rotation player. Watson is playing like garbage thus far this season. While Goodwin could have helped some, yes OSU got who they needed.
