Div III - New Philly is tough. So is Alder. But I'm going with Hartley

Div IV - Going with Licking Valley. They have been tough all year.

Div V - Kirkland has a really good program

Div VI - The Coldwater Cavaliers

Div VII - Marion Local

X is probably the class of R4 but will have to beat Elder in round 2. that will be a great game.
